Aftercare is also exceptional, with Phil or Gary immediately addressing any small adjustments with Jez completing the remedial work onsite with patience and attention to detail. We considered a number of local bespoke kitchen manufacturers as part of our project planning. However, we were very fortunate to have happened upon Oliver James, during our kitchen project research. The initial meeting with Phil when he invited us to the workshop to see the company at work pretty much convinced us on making a decision as to who to commission the work to. We would have no hesitation in recommending Oliver James’ workmanship or the team’s furniture making skills and we would definitely use them again for other projects.”

I then carefully researched sliding wardrobe products and furniture companies which led me to Instrument Furniture. I bought a Cleo 3, 2.5m mirrored wardrobe in Shetland Oak (good value and comparable to the Weiman product which I had ordered previously, but much lower price ). The wardrobe was delivered and assembled on the nominated day, on time, quickly and efficiently by two young chaps who were friendly, helpful and professional.
