"Ordered 3 Door mirror wardrobe, we moved to new house , in the store it looked nice , ordered and on the day before they said the colour is out of stock . They didn't give us a time slot when they would be arriving. Also they promised for same day fitting , which they lied, fitter didn't even turn up . They keep saying the fitter will turn up , 3 whole days we waited he didn't . We had to argue with them for 3 days straight till they organized for a fitter to come . He came at 9 o'clock at night. The fitting was disaster, the mirror doors don't shut completely, the draws of the drawers don't close properly, you have to lift the top one to close. The fitting was not fitted properly. £700 for that it's not worth it . Plz do not buy from them . They also had very bad customer services . They are selling products with false promises. This is in Luton branch. The sales man was talking and making no sense. Do avoid them!"

"A few weeks ago we were searching for a dining set for our new home. Everywhere we went it was either unfair prices or bad quality. We happened to be walking in the area and spotted this shop. Needs abit of work done on the outside but don’t let that put you off!! This shop is a must go to if your are looking for anything from chairs to sofas to beds to dining tables!! Excellent customer service by Sam and we are very happy with the experience we have received. Couldn’t have been any better!! Thank you Sam!! The experience and quality was so good we referred our family to the store and once again Sam was there to help and give us his amazing customer service!! Thank you very much and once again this is a must visit shop!!"
