They build the basket for you if you wanted to go home and check, very knowledgeable staff, ready to help when needed and the layout of the branch is beautiful. “I bought a Humanscale freedom chair for my home office, from DS Ergonomics in 2017. A couple weeks ago the gas lift on the chair failed (a little over 5 years after purchase). I got in touch about the problem, Kate and the team were really polite and helpful. She arranged for the replacement part to be sent out to me which was a doddle to swap over - I was offered an engineer to visit and change the part over if I needed, but I opted to do it myself. Absolutely wonderful service and honour of warranty. Very happy customer, I have no hesitation to recommend DS Ergonomics to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home office.”
