"Bought a £2000 dining table, it arrived two months late and in damaged condition. The store doesn't pick up the phone and the head office says I should speak with the store. On top of this they said the condition even though it is damaged is fine and they are satisfied with it. The way from here is small claims court."

"Customer service beautiful, once you have purchased a product it's all downhill. My bed had not the right amount of screews the delivery men had to reassemble bed wasn't very happy. Two weeks later different delivery men came same bed with the screews but the bed was ruined, scratches and cut all over the velvet so disappointed don't trust furniture village again."

"I had a good experience with Kamil Jankowski (enfield branch) as he was patient and gave us a good overview of the beds and wardrobe we bought. He gave us the chance to discuss the products without pressuring us. He was able to tell us about relevant discounts and there wasn't any pressure selling congrats truly a pleasant experience. I hate shopping usually for big ticket items!"

"Beware! Customer service is great up until you purchase an item. Mark in particular showed such exceptionally great customer service... until things went wrong where he refused to help with multiple damaged products that were delivered and dismissed the situation. Pretended to 'escalate' the issue to head office but when we called there was no record of his escalation. When we called Mark back he was rude and ignorant. We ordered 2 beds (with mattresses) and 2 sofas - one mattress was damaged (very uneven), received the wrong headboard and one bedframe was damaged too and we're now forced to sleep on the floor :). Be careful when placing an order - the reviews speak for themselves. I am definitely never purchasing furniture from FV again!"
