Samantha is so friendly and even if I don’t get to see her each week, she knows where I am regarding my recovery, as soon as I arrive and then improves my progress by the end of the session. All with praise, encouragement and getting me to believe I could get full recovery in my hand, which I don’t get from any other physio appointments I have elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The final result is a joy to cook, eat and relax in - we love it. As with any big build we had a few hiccups on the way but Josh was great in helping us out and persistently chasing down our missing appliances which were suffering from supplier delays. The in-store cafe is airy, the coffee good and the cake selection even better. Best to get to the store early as it can get quite busy.”
