“Great medical professionals. they do get busy and I've heard irate customers on the phone each time i've been 'Why can't you see me today!' type calls. But they do have a 24/7 hospital in Wimbledon (that I've taken my cats to before) if things are dire. Well worth the Uber cost. But inside, they're quick, friendly and efficient. I'd like to move house and staying near a Goddard branch is a factor in my location choice.”

“We only bring our dog down to London a few times a year, and so we don’t have a regular local vet. After we suspected he had swallowed some plastic, we called Medivet Woolwich, and they were SO helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and calming and knew what to do, speaking to the vet immediately and informing us how long it would take to arrive, as they were prepared to see us straight away. Fortunately, it ended up being a false alarm, so we didn’t end up receiving veterinary care this time; but it is good to know that we have such an amazing practice nearby with excellent staff! Whenever we have had and emergency situation they have very kindly offered to see us in 5 minutes notice. All the vets are knowledgable, kind and look after the animals well. They also offer medication right there so we don’t have to look elsewhere. They have an emergency hospital for any thing serious.”
