The staff are lovely and really responsive, the atmosphere is perfect (not too quiet that you have to worry about a loud child) and the food is delicious. We've tried different things and the flavours have been very yummy! Plus, love the colouring in for kids! Will be back again soon!”

Try the stir fry Chinese vegetables - and the veg spring rolls - only fresh veg used, colourful & tasty. Mouth-wateringly good! And the king prawns in noodles! Very happy to recommend this takeaway.”

“Enjoyed a tasty late lunch at The Gate with a choice of the tables dotted around the many delightfully warm open fires and log burning stoves. The welcome was as warm as the burning fires as was the surprisingly spicy Cajun chicken burger! Despite being sat in the end closest to the busy road; we couldn’t hear the traffic at all and really enjoyed watching the endless stupidity of many drivers through the sash window as we enjoyed our lunch. The pub doesn’t take bookings at all and given the carpark is always so full and chaotic it has always put us off visiting, but a break in the chaos gave us the opportunity see why it is always so manic; The delicious meals, the toasty fires, friendly team and fair pricing. There is an abundance of tables to choose from with a mix of smaller ‘rooms’ and larger areas like the conservatory. As it happens there is more parking available nearby that perhaps isn’t such a war zone!”

“A quick dinner turned into a lovely surprise. We sat down at this Turkish restaurant, expecting standard quality food. To our big surprise the food was above the average for this kind of venue. The interior is grand and wonderful, something that doesn’t always translate to great tasting food. Not at Deraliye. The food was superb. Adana kebab, lamb shish, calamari, hummus and all the rest of our food was very delicious. I have 2 suggestions to the management, though. Less potatoes in the octopus salad and add Künefe to the dessert menu. I was very happy with this gem of a Turkish restaurant. Noted down in my “to be repeated” list. Obviously, highly recommended.”

“Fantastic park cafe serving all the usual with an added twist...they also do Polish traditional dishes as well! So, for instance, you can get a hamburger...or a Polish grilled sausage with onions in a fresh baguette- a Polish Hot Dog! Different kinds of Perogi too. Great tea and coffee options and very good ice-cream. The staff are excellent and friendly. Eat inside or out.”

“I changed nurseries to this amazing nursery! My child absolutely made so much progress with his speech here. It’s like a family vibe with all the teachers. “So my family decided they wanted burgers and chicken wings for dinner and instead of going to the same place we always go to we tried king of taste for the first time. Drove down there and ordered 8 chicken wings (grilled) salad and fries. Quarter pounder and half pounder both with fries.staff /owner was really helpful and friendly Waited 10 - 12 minutes for it to be freshly cooked and took it home. Everyone really enjoyed the smokey grille flavour, no greasy bottom to the packaging and everything went down a treat. Will definatley order again 5*”

“Had an amazing experience at this nursery! My son is quite shy, but they worked hard to help him settle, and really took the effort to get to know him personally, and now he loves going and it's been great to see him grow in confidence and friendship with the other children. The nursery is designed to give children lots of opportunities to explore and try new things, and there's a lovely emphasis on nature including a 'forest school' area.”
