“Really improved since we've visited last (about 5 years ago). Much bigger variety of produce to choose from - cold meats and fish, bread and dairy. Would love to have bigger choice of fresh veg but possibly they were sold out at the time.”

I had to work overseas for my first few weeks but everything was set up to make the transition as smooth as possible, feeling motioned at every step with any questions or problems I have answered in an online chat despite time difference! My initial consultation was thorough and all treatment options given to me as well as a change to chat through them and ask my many questions! My personal favourite here is rasmalai cake (I would give 100 stars for just this dish, not joking!) and nihari biryani is great too. All starters were amazing, with “mumbaiya pepper zinga” and “lamb chops” as shows toppers. In-house cocktails “cosmopolitan” and “lychee gulab martini” are awesome!! Not had anything as such anywhere else. All the dishes I tried here had perfectly balanced Indian flavours that’s suits anybody’s taste. Pricing is a bit on the high end, but I would say the food quality and portion size is well worth the price. Ambience here is classy and the vibe suits any mood. It is well located in the heart of chingford mount and easy to acces via public transport or private vehicles. Staff is well mannered and respectful. Service is good and wait times for food are just as they are in any other fancy restaurant. It’s better to reserve a table before you go, as this place can get quite busy, specially during dinner time on weekends. It’s a good place for any occasion, may it be a family gathering or a first date. There is no specific dress code but usually everyone is dressed smart-casual.
