"- Update - Had to come and update this review after this company contacted me complaining about the 3 star review I left and accused me of being fussy. Rather than learning from this review they chose to have a go at me. - Original - Five Star Support Services performed an end of tenancy clean. We paid (in cash) £160 for a one bedroom flat and £40 extra for the balcony as there was some pidgeon droppings. The flat was in a reasonably clean condition to begin with. Overall, we weren't completely satisfied with the standard of cleaning. We had to do some extra cleaning here and there. A little more attention to detail was required. A lot more attention was required for the toilet."
