“I bought a used Mercedes GLA 2 weeks ago for my daughter but found out later when it was delivered that the cigarette lighter was not working . She wanted to connect her dashcam to that socket but could not do it because it was faulty . I contacted several garages like Halfords , Kwikfit but none could help because they said they don’t have an auto electrician on site . My car warranty company suggested another garage called Courtwood car services in Uxbridge where l live. I contacted the garage and they suggested taking my car in the following Saturday and they can look at it when they will be less busy. My daughter took the car in to the garage and was told to have a coffee in the Chimes shopping precinct while they checked the faulty cigarette socket. Within a short time she was contacted and the faulty lighter socket was fixed. As we suspected it was just a blown fuse as no other parts of the car was affected electrically. We were charged a norminal amount for the work done. We were impressed with the friendliness and professional ism of the person who dealt with us even though we were not regular customers. This garage will have our business in future and the potential for more business as we have 3 cars in our family . In times of need and when other garages can’t help, do try Courtwood car services .”

Because the service they deliver is second to none, they are extremely busy, therefore I recommend booking an appointment online or over the phone. The only drawback is that they are not accepting card payments at the time I am writing this review. As I don't usually carry cash on me, I had to go to Co-op for cash. Not a major issue if it's not raining ;) Hope to see card payments soon. Apart from this small inconvenient everything is spot on. Highly recommended!”

“Best vet I ever had. They are so helpful, friendly, and kind and reassuring its unbelievable. They are very caring about the animals its not just a job for them they do genuinely care. They are about average in terms of costs but they do try to help by offering other alternative solutions in regards to paying for any care, services, treatments such as payment plan agreements which is good because not all vets do something like that an some vets its just a job for the staff in the sense they are not really bothered about the animals their just there to do a 9 - 5 PM. So all in all a really good fantastic genuinely caring vets would really recommend to others.”

The studio is really clean and well kept, the receptionist is really smiley and friendly giving great advice. my piercer consulted me beforehand making sure I'm aware of any risks and where my piercing will sit before committing, making sure I'm at ease with my decision. She was so friendly. She did a quick job, it is perfectly straight despite my nose leaning slightly left making this tricky. It's healed very quickly with no bad reactions to the ring (I'm allergic to some metals). If you're hesitant, don't worry, it's a great place and you should try it!”

There is parking outside, just outside the building. The vet was very friendly and knowledgable and we were happy with our consultation (£45). The reception also had pet goodies if needed.”

“We stayed here for just one night. Beds are comfy rooms are clean and tidy. Staff on reception was also lovely. Breakfast food was lovely but there was one member of staff (man) as the girls was so polite made you feel like you was an inconvenience breakfast was served between 8-10am we got there about 9.25am and he made us feel like we had got there at 10am. We had to wait for a table which was not a problem but when we was seated the table was not set up properly we had to keep on asking for things Milk spoons the girl realized there was no side plates and we had to ask for our toast twice. Maybe it was a busy morning”
