“I went here a couple of weeks ago. All the staff had such friendly, welcoming faces it really made me smile despite me not being in such a great mood. A good service makes all the difference. Breakfast was served extremely quickly too. Was also glad to see it was halal. I will definitely go back.”

“First time trying, was looking for a halal Korean/ Japanese restaurant, shame no seating to eat and regrettably the beef wasn't halal but from what we had was very impressed and will be revisiting to try more from the menu. Excellent flavour and taste.”

“Went to this amazing restaurant in the neighbourhood. I always prefer to eat meat but this time this vegetarian restaurant served the purpose very well. I ordered Aloo Piyaz thali with sweet lassi and everything was on point. The kind lady from staff was very helpful. Ambience was great with good choice of punjabi music. Overall a very pleasant experience. 9/10 Definitely going back very soon”

“We visited as a group of 6 and experienced excellent service and food. I was impressed by the quality of the food. Tried the Lamb and Chicken Biryani, Lamb was better in terms of spice. Garlic Chilli chicken was fantastic as was the mixed grill. The Manager was helpful and offered great service too.”

“Went for late breakfast just now and had a Set 2. Food was cooked, to my opinion, perfectly. Egg, Bacon, Sausage, Mushrooms, Chips, Beans, 2 toast and a mug of tea for £7.50. In today's climate that is well priced and considering it is a High St location I think great value for money. Parking on the road outside too. They have 5 stars scores on the door rating which made me want to try it. Under new owners from when I went years ago and they know what they're doing. Will definitely go again.”

“First time for me..went to the one in gants hill.we were seated very quickly as we didn't book.service was fast and prompt. Food was served hot.we had sauté chicken which came in a thick gravey and stake chips. The gravey was very salty .our starts were mind blowing cod bites..I could taste the coating on the fish it was so tasty never had anything like it.would recommend this place for family and friends.prices are reasonable.”

The chicken shawarma was top notch, nice, juicy and had flavour to it, not bland as most restaurants!! A good portion too. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend trying this restaurant!”

“I used to go to a supermarket (Tesco etc) once a week for my shop, but I've been trying to support local businesses lately. Thankfully, this place makes it very easy to do that. Has everything you could possibly need plus a lot of things you should try. For a local shop the standard of fruit and veg is excellent, which can't be said for everywhere else on Ilford Lane.”

“Beautiful decor, friendly service, I tried the empire burger just so I could taste the doner too! The meat was lovely and lean, family enjoyed the doner also tried cheese burgers which were very similar to McDonald’s taste! Staff explained the history of the Ottoman Empire which was very interesting. I pray for their success and recommend you try their doner the taste was amazing!”
