"Measly pieces of meat of so called lamb with hardly any doner meat. Fusion, yeah right! Taste was just about ok. This place is run by Asians who haven't got much knowledge of turkish food so I recommend they stick to making curries. And the price of £24 for the small platter was definitely not worth it. Wont be going there again. Disappointing!!!!"

"Take away meal from Lokanta today. It's taste keeps improving considerably each time. Chicken cubes and wings are fresh, tender, juicy and scrumptious. I can't describe how tasty they are. You would've to eat it to believe it. Amazing fusion food. Price is so reasonable that families can have it without creating a hole in your pocket. I ate with my family previously. Got excellent service. Chicken platter - cubes and wings were juicy, well cooked and tasty. Salad portion was so yummy. Naan bread was well cooked. Complimentary soft drink. We ordered chips portion which again was very tasty. It all was very reasonably priced. It's a great local restaurant. Fusion food at its best!!! Excellent fusion food on Green Lane Ilford. "This is a hidden gem in Ilford. My family's favourite Turkish restaurant. This newly opened restaurant is surviving on returning regular customers. In addition to Just Eat they also do free delivery and offer discount for collection. Recently took my sister and her husband to eat at Lokanta. My brother in law said Wazir is rubbish compared to Lokanta. The food here is prepared fresh after ordering, so expect to wait if eating in. Choose how well you want you meat cooked. The free bread and salad is fantastic. If you want the full flavours of the meal, eat in."

"The food here is absolutely amazing! A great fusion of Turkish and Asian spices - lamb ribs, chops, and lamb cubes in particular were delicious. Very good customer service as well. A great local restaurant - would highly recommend!"
