“This post is three decades overdue. I was born in Hackney in 1970. I lived around the corner from Well Street market until 1987 when I moved to Canada. I'm still in Canada. But I'm 99% sure that Sun On Chinese Take Away is the same store my brother use to send me to frequently to bring home food for him. It was red just like Sun On, and more or less in the same spot. I remember how much I loved the food. I still love Chinese food today, thanks to Sun On. If anyone from Sun On is reading this, can you please confirm that you are the same store that existed in the 70's and 80's.”

You can o my pay with cash though so beat it in mind before you go! I recommend the hotpot, ribs, stir fry vegetables and cold noodles but you can simply ask for their recommendations and they will help you choose what is best. Their service is very friendly and fast”

Firstly the young lady taking the order was extremely polite and precise and repeated the order to ensure it was correct. The delivery was well within the prescribed time and everything was piping hot. The size of the portions were literally double the size in fact the containers were much bigger. Finally the dishes were full of flavors and tasted absolutely fresh. I almost wanted to ring them to congratulate them. Seriously one of the best food experience I’ve had in a long time”
