“Its unfortunate for them to only get an average of 3 if I gave them a 5⭐️. I’ve been one of their customers since 2014 and not a single shipment failed. I’ve never used any other shipment service to Philippines. I guess some individuals expect an air fast service but they don’t realise that they only paid for a shipping service. We need to accept delays as they don’t have control once its been out in sea specially on peak months. For me, as long as my family receives their box complete even it takes a month of delay, I would still be happy with it.
