“Where do I begin? This hotel exceeded my and my husbands expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I would even go as far to say opulent. When we arrived we were put in and ADA queen room. I didn’t think much of it, but my husband checked our original reservation and we had booked a superior king room with a park view. He went down to let them know about the mix up. Doreen helped to sort everything out and to make up for the error, comped us a suite. We have never felt so cared for in the hospitality realm as we did from Doreen and the rest of the staff at Kimpton Fitzroy. We will always always stay here when we visit London going forward as a result of her and her teams exceptional service. As far as we are concerned, this is the best hotel in London. I would also like to say that every staff member at this hotel was exceptional from the door man to concierge to management. They know what they’re doing here.”

“I have been using ACC Carpet Cleaning London Ltd for over 15 years now and I can’t sing their praises enough. Barnaby and Stuart are miracle workers when it comes to getting out stains and they are always friendly and on time and nothing is too much trouble. ACC is a family owned business and Sherry who does all the bookings knows all the regular customers so knows exactly what needs doing so you don’t have to go through all the questions regarding parking, how many rooms etc etc. In 15 years ACC has never let me down and I can’t recommend them enough for reliable, high quality and personal service.”

“We absolutely loved this shop. They have several branches in the market, and the one we went to was on the ground floor behind all the food stores near the canal itself. The staff were amazing (a cute, very well dressed guy with shoulder length hair who we think was Spanish, and a lovely Italian girl who had more of a French accent and a big smile) and gave great advice on what would or would not suit us. I was after a waistcoat for my wedding and they had exactly what I was looking for, and in the end I also took a jacket and trousers. The prices are really competitive - around £240 for a cool, 3 piece tweed suit is amazing. One of my fave shops now.”

“I am incredibly grateful to Mohammed at Kwik Fit Holloway Road for his repeatedly excellent customer service. He is unfailingly courteous, adept and hardworking. I returned to the garage today having had a tyre repair done recently which he organised quickly and without fuss, as one of my dust caps had rusted onto the valve and I couldn’t inflate tyre. The garage was busy, it was 5pm on a Friday but he fitted me in, fixed the problem and would take neither payment nor gift. A great asset to his company. Thanks Mohammed!”

I made contact, booked for the following week and I'm impressed with the service I received. Alexandra understood my problem, my previous eyebrow tattoo colouring was black rather than brown and I hated it! She explained and matched the colour & blading process. I was in and out within an hour and I love my new brows! Do not hesitate to book, she's professional, approachable and trustworthy and I will be back for more when she expands her beauty business!
