"I am happy with my hairstyle. Franco did a good job as always. However, first of all I was treated very rudely by the lady at the til when I questioned the price. Secondly the prices should be more transparent. Although I was happy with Franco, I did not book an appointment with him. You should have asked me if I was ok to have a senior stylist."
