“Hello, my name is Susan. I attended the Dental Practice last Thursday for the first time. I had an appointment with the Dental Hygienist for a cleaning. A Descaling and Air Flow Polish cleaning. The name of the Hygienist was Hemita and the Nurse Armando. Well, they were both fantastic. Hemita got my teeth 100% clean. It was the best teeth and gum cleaning I have ever got. Not only that, but Hemita throughly explained about gum disease, how to maintain my oral hygiene at home,and advised me on the Dental brushes, and toothbrush that I should also be using. In addition to that she also gave me some free Dental brushes, which were the correct size for my teeth. Normally when I have the descaling with the electric descaler, I find it really terrible, because my teeth are really sensitive. But this time, I didn't feel any sensitivity at all. Because I was nervous, the Nurse Armando said I could hold his hand. Both Hemita and Armando, had a lovely reassuring manner, that made me feel relaxed and calm. Like I said they were both fantastic. The best Dental cleaning ever, both excellent and professionally. I will be going back every 3 months, it is money well spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Before I finish. I want to say that the Receptionist, her name was Ramona had a lovely manner as well. Extremely helpful and friendly. From my experience this is an excellent Dental Practice.”

“I started PRP Treatment with Dr Sadri 4 months ago. Initially I was very sceptical, but Dr Sadri encouraged me to continue with the treatment. “Highly recommend Purely Diamonds! I have been on a receiving end of A* service! I purchased an engagement ring in 2020. Clare was fantastic and helped me pick a ring which my partner loved and couldn’t be happier with it! And I even managed to pick the correct ring size without her telling me (I found it a big achievement). I’d get an engagement ring from Purely Diamonds again, if I could get married twice! Fast forward 2.5 years and we noticed a stone had come fallen out of the band (it happens of course). I contacted PD and I received a swift response and stated I should send the ring in and they’ll check it over. The same day PD received the ring, they checked it over and told me it will be done free of charge with a clean/polish and was then sent back within 2 working days. Within 4 working days it was sent, received, fixed and sent back to us. Of course… Royal Mail had messed up and hadn’t delivered the ring after they’d received the package at my Local depot After a couple days, I decided to contact Purely Diamonds to see if there was anything they could do. Alex and Clare were on the case straight away with frequent updates and ensured me it will be sorted no matter Royal Mails outcome. (Becoming slightly worried as we are getting married in 2 months and making a claim is not a quick process). The ring turned up in the end… thankfully. But I had no doubt PD would have sorted it quickly for us if needed. Everytime I had contacted Purely Diamonds, I’d always have a response in less than a couple of hours. Which makes a massive difference, when you can expect to wait days with other companies. Many thanks Clare and Alex for the amazing service and communication! Definitely recommend!”

So called up Totland and to my surprise they could source the stroller that I wanted. Amazing service - ordered the pram late Tuesday afternoon and arrived at my home on Thursday. Very quick shipping! I didn't know that Totland stocked this particular brand otherwise I would have bought straight from there. Now that I know I will always contact Totland to check if they can order the items for me. The staff here make sure that everything is ordered perfectly and correctly and hassle free just a simple phone call. I also bought my pram set from Totland over a year ago before my baby was born and again had excellent service. Pricing always reasonable and unbeatable. “Delicious authentic Indian food! I have been here atleast 5 times now, and hence I’m here to give a comprehensive review. My personal favourite here is rasmalai cake (I would give 100 stars for just this dish, not joking!) and nihari biryani is great too. All starters were amazing, with “mumbaiya pepper zinga” and “lamb chops” as shows toppers. In-house cocktails “cosmopolitan” and “lychee gulab martini” are awesome!! Not had anything as such anywhere else. All the dishes I tried here had perfectly balanced Indian flavours that’s suits anybody’s taste. Pricing is a bit on the high end, but I would say the food quality and portion size is well worth the price. Ambience here is classy and the vibe suits any mood. It is well located in the heart of chingford mount and easy to acces via public transport or private vehicles. Staff is well mannered and respectful. Service is good and wait times for food are just as they are in any other fancy restaurant. It’s better to reserve a table before you go, as this place can get quite busy, specially during dinner time on weekends. It’s a good place for any occasion, may it be a family gathering or a first date. There is no specific dress code but usually everyone is dressed smart-casual. As an icing on the cake, this place is also a picture-perfect place for your snaps or insta posts. I’ve added some photos I took, you can have a look and decide for yourself.
