Waitrose & Partners New Malden
“A small but well stocked busy branch. Choose wisely what time of day you go. Best for shopping is after 7 PM. Knowledgeable, friendly staff.”
Mess
“We had been there for breakfast on January 1st . The food was scrumptious. Coconut chutney was too good. It tasted like homemade coconut chutney which is very hard to find in restaurants . Wonderful ambience. The owners are very friendly. Great place to go with family and friends. If you like traditional South Indian food “Mess” is definitely a go to place. Looking forward to visiting Mess again sometime soon.”
Chick and Beers (Coombe Road)
“I was recommended this place and it did not disappoint! We got the whole chicken (half signature fried and half spicy glazed) with a side of chips and Soju! The chicken was delicious! The service was great, very friendly staff! Service was a little slow but I believe it’s because we arrived just before they closed for lunch!”
The Biryani Centre
“We saw the place as we were passing and stopped to try it. Probably the best South East Asian restaurant that I’ve had in a long long time. Would definitely recommend! The staff were super helpful and the orders came quick. The starter in the photo (I forgot the name!) was really good!”
Sofreh
“Excellent hidden gem in New Malden serving up excellent Persian fare by the owner-chef. Service is excellent and the dishes full of flavour. The breads are cooked in a traditional tandoor in the dining hall are as fresh as they come. Highly recommended.”
Moksha
“the food was delicious and tasty, the place is really cool and the service is excellent! I will definitely come back more often”
Azit Korean Restaurant 아지트
“It's a nice small Korean restaurant. Not the best at dealing with vegetarians. Has a good local energy with very good lunch time deals! Unbelievable communication system installed to streamline guest to server experience. Lovely decor, with passionate staff!”
Ecklee Grill
“Very nice quality kebab, and clean shop. Wide selection on the menu. I ordered the lamb shawarma wrap. It's a little bit on the expensive side at £9.00 for a large. But it certainly was tasty! Will be coming here again for sure.”
Blossom & Brew
“A lovely little cafe in the heart of Motspur Park. Staffed by the students of the local Blossom school as part of their work experience, this is a recommended place for a hot drink and something to eat.”
K-Town BBQ
“Amazing Korean barbecue restaurant. Buffet with good variety of food. The meat is very tasty, liked the seasoning. Good quality-price. There is a quite big awaiting time in here, as is so popular restaurant, so allow plenty of time and while you waiting for your table, just have a drink in the pub next door. Quite good pub as well, exactly.”
Sorabol Restaurant
“Amazing food, it was my first time here and I would definitely recommend it. I wasn’t feeling so well, so I decided to get the soft tofu jigae and it definitely hit the spot ! With other dishes on the side. The staffs was also friendly and welcoming. :)”
Wok 'n' Fish
“Ordered first time last night. Everything was splendid. Food was cheap, had big portions, extraordinary service on the phone and the venue was brilliant along with everything. Highly recommend this place will be coming here again.”
Ember and Seed
“Type of customer: morning coffee and dash to the station. The staff are great, very friendly, fast and always have made a delicious coffee, never burnt. I’ve yet to sit down and try food but the coffee is spot on every morning! Thanks ladies!!”
KJ Restaurant
“Love the Gganpunggi! So juicy and tender. Not too spicy, nor too sweet. LA galbi is on the chewy side, samgyeopsal is good with lettuce and ssamjang. Minimum 2 portions for table top BBQ. Charcoal is used, which is a big plus. Staff are friendly, toilets are clean, tap water is available (as required by law), not too expensive, service charge added to final bill”
