"The Mess serves authentic home-style South Indian food at affordable prices. It has the ambience of a fine dining restaurant with the copper-themed interiors and classical Carnatic music playing on the background. Their recent addition “thali” which in itself is a 5 course meal served in banana leaf is fantastic and unmissable. Rice served with sambar, curry and rasam, 2 kinds of poriyal, kootu, appalam, supplemented with masala tea which is included in the price. Their prices are on point, value for money and affordable. Only downside could be parking as there is not much available. However, the positives overcome the one negative any day. We will definitely visit again."

"We had been there for breakfast on January 1st . The food was scrumptious. Coconut chutney was too good. It tasted like homemade coconut chutney which is very hard to find in restaurants . Wonderful ambience. The owners are very friendly. Great place to go with family and friends. If you like traditional South Indian food “Mess” is definitely a go to place. Looking forward to visiting Mess again sometime soon."
