“Absolutely the best coffee shop around. Food is great, there are always a selection of freshly homemade cakes and treats plus a couple of quality savory items to chose from. The coffee drinks are excellent, they rival any of the great independent coffee shops in central London. The best thing about this place is the way it feels. It’s only little (as the name says) but it has a warm, lovely, homey, authentic vibe. (In normal times) there’s always a rotating crowd of people at the tables inside and outside, chatting and enjoying their neighborhood. When I moved to the area I found it hard to get know people but I always felt welcome here, wound up meeting the owners and lots of other patrons and got to learn a little more about the area thanks to the owners’ commitment to engaging with the wider community. Although they have been delivery only for the Covid period the tasty treats and warm vibes are still present. I can’t wait to be back in the shop again soon!”

“I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. Can get there by bus or tram.”

“We've been a customer at Bella Donata (or just Raff's for us) since it opened and have always loved the lovely friendly atmosphere where everyone is given a warm welcome with lots of returning customers. Lots of Italian customers visit the cafe and so it's often the case to hear Italian being spoken and see espressos being consumed whilst standing. Depending on the time of day the cafe\deli can be packed out with people of all ages and our young grandchildren love going to Raff's especially for the hot chocolate or ice creams. The cafe was not too busy. There was seating there so we could. We had seating upon arrival”
