“Phil attended our house last week to install a Sureflap microchip cat flap through an external wall. From the very first phone call with him he provided a detailed breakdown of the costs involved and followed it up with a detailed quote via email, including suggestions on how to reduce the overall cost. When he installed the cat flap he cored a hole through the wall from the outside, which was a very neat and tidy way of doing the work and left no damage to the external brickwork.
