Oyster Diving School London
● Closed“Started my Part A of my two part Freediving course with Oyster. Was greeted by Tom and we quickly got into the course with the obligatory H&S forms, a quick Q&A before we got in the pool to make sure everyone was prepped and understood each other. Tom was so easy to understand, without using any slang, we all felt at ease and understood every word. I felt relaxed the whole way through, which is key when you are Freediving. I managed a 2:45 static although not great, i learned how to prepare and zone out for better future results. Truly recommend Oyster for all your diving needs!!! Thanks again Tom and Co for all your advice and equipment.”

Warrior Fiit London sport Pt
● Open“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. I really connected well with Jimmys style of training, as its about training like a athlete, the discipline and commitment. Also his passion for the sport. When I think about where I started when I first started training with Jimmy to where I am now, I feel very thankful, plus proud of my journey and I am excited to continue progressing my skills in this sport I love very much! And its all because of the sessions with Jimmy, so thank you so much for being the best and always believing that I can do it! I always feel like a total champion after our sessions!”

Adore Dance London
● Closed“Adore Dance is a wonderful studio. I joined the Adult Jazz class over a year ago after a long break from dance. Whether you’ve danced before or not, Connor is excellent at teaching the relevant techniques whilst also keeping it light and fun, with some routines in there too. It’s a welcoming place, regardless of skill level so don’t hesitate!”

Silver Fitness
● Open“Sue & Tony Lee's review Mike of (Silver Fitness) was recommended to us by another Physio, even though he is a Sports Massage therapist & personal trainer and not a Physio therapist. I had just come out of hospital when I first met Mike, and this was after a traumatic 2 week stay, ( in bed all day) with various physio's walking past and taking no notice of me. Where did all the qualified nurses and Physio's go? I left, after discharging myself, hardly able to walk let alone stand and that with a Zimmer frame. They wanted me to spend a further 2 weeks in a rehab ward but what was the point as I was ignored on the ward anyway. I could do without another 2 weeks decline in my health!! With Mike’s help, support, massage and exercise (even my wife does them with me) and support from my wife, I was able to dispense with the Zimmer frame within a few days. I'm not saying it was easy (Hospital staff said I’d never be able to walk again unaided – and nor did I)! A month or so into my treatment Mike suggested we try a couple of stairs, this was my nightmare, as Id not been up them in over 15 years. We started with baby steps and I gradually improved, one day my wife walked in and her response was 'Oh my God' as I was half way up the staircase.....but I had to come down again!! I’ve come on in leaps and bounds, with a few slippery slopes on the way, but with Mike's support and encouragement, which doesn't stop when the treatment stops, as he has encouraged me at all times along the way. My wife has suffered from various ailments over 20 years plus, and she didn't seem to be improving. Mike suggested he could check her over and with his help encouragement, massage and exercises, her back is more upright, the pains in her side and hips has almost disappeared, headaches and shoulders are getting there, and she is able to walk a lot better now. Mike is there for you between treatments and knowing he was there for us at the end of the phone only aided our recovery. I am now walking indoors unaided, we maintain our weekly treatments and will keep to our maintenance plan, we both still have mountains to climb but feel we will get there with Mike and Silver Fitness. The Elephant in the Room for me is the stairs, my wife’s are falling over and being unable to get up, though she is working on that. With help and support, from Mike, She is now able to get down to and up from the floor, even though she doesn’t like it! My next big venture is getting into the garden and outside, but when the weather is warmer. I do know that with Mikes, help, encouragement and further treatment, I will get there. As we both say after Mike's sessions 'NO PAIN NO GAIN'”

Fitness First Tottenham Court Road
● Open“I really like this gym. Friendly staff and great space. I give it 5 stars and would like to see the following improvements made. -Take out the rusted lockers in the men's lockeroom by the shower and use that space more effectively -Rehabilitate the hot tub -one or two Weight Plate Trees because the machines smaller plates seem to disappear and get scattered. Highly recommend their gyms though. Great experiences so far.”

Hiten, the Sales Manager, is professional and patient. He answered the questions and showed the gym to me. I was impressed at the hygienic environment. When I return to sign up, Hiten made the process seamless. Also, he helped download and set up the app for me. Each time I walk in Fitness First Bishopsgate the staff is warm and helpful. DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree

The location is right next to the motorway. The hotel does not have any playground, so it is quite boring for kids. Excelent breakfast buffet!”
