“Family orientated club. I have been going on and off for over 30 years now. It’s a great second home to all kids and adults alike. If you’re an adult and want to get fit yourself, get back into it or just meet others trying the sport out then it’s a great place to go. If you want to set your child(ren) up for life with basic skill such as, co-ordination, strength, flexibility, and general fitness, get them along. I’m already taking my 20 month old daughter along to the parent and toddler classes and she loves it (soft play with structure). Can’t recommend it highly enough.”

“I train taekwondo and kickboxing here under Grandmaster Nardizzi (taekwondo) and Mr Jason Ogden (kickboxing) . GM Nardizzi has been the best instructor i have trained under over the years. With the nature of my job, im often moving around the country and training taekwondo under different instructors. But hands down GM Nardizzi is the best instructor ive trained under. I only started kickboxing at Impact last year under mr ogden. He too is one of the best martial arts instructors ive trained under. He has trained up fighters to become kickboxing national champions. His classes are very welcoming and very vigorous and if youre looking for a good work out and a great teacher his classes are where to go!”

“All I can say is what a great experience! I was pulled along to the classes by the Mrs after work and all I can say is my attitude changed within 10 minutes of being there. The atmosphere is great, people are all friendly and the teachers are all very skilled at what they do. You'll have fun, build up a sweat and learn a new skill all at the same time! “Play football up here weekly. Pitches are great for all weather and parking is good to. From what I can see the gym facilities look great with a swimming pool too. The staff are always friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to undertake any sports activities”

“I have weekly private 1-1 lessons with Nikita and I recommend him unreservedly as a fantastic, talented ballroom dance teacher. What a joy to have lessons with such a fabulous dancer and professional, patient, dedicated and energetic teacher. My dancing has improved greatly. Be prepared to work hard and enjoy! And he’s a nice guy too!”

“This is a really friendly community based pub where I have always felt very welcome by Sharon and her staff. Kids are welcome and its big enough to host any event or party. You are welcome there if you are not a member but the cost of membership is 13 for a year. The drinks are cheap and the pool tables free.”

“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”
