“Dr Anthony helped me recover from a major lower back incident only in 4 visits, at a point when I was feeling insecure and afraid that I had suffered serious damage. When I started my physiotherapy I had difficulty walking, lifting weights, sleeping, and even sitting in my office chair, which made my every day life very difficult, especially as the father of a toddler. The exercises and therapy that Dr Anthony asked me to follow took into consideration the chronic problems I'd been having with my lower back, and previous episodes that stretched back almost 16 years. “I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”
