“You can’t expect this to taste like normal Chinese which is full of wheat. With one member of the family gluten free, this is the first take out Chinese we’ve had in years and really enjoyed. If the cost was slightly higher than normal then remember that gluten free food is always more expensive. Food was very fresh, slightly dryer than I’d prefer but very tasty. The vegetables were also better than a cheap greasy Chinese, with added asparagus and less onion in the chow mein. Recommend.”

“Thought I'd try somewhere new and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. Hygiene rating of 5/5 which is always the first thing I check when ordering from a new place. Food was delivered in about 30 minutes give or take and it was really good. Couldn't eat everything so will be having chicken with ginger and spring onions for lunch tomorrow. I will defo order from here again.”

“Have just had a takeaway for the first time from here & it was lovely! Far nicer than our usual place. Food delivered early and of very good quality plus many free extras like prawn crackers, spring rolls & extra tub of sauce. Would highly recommend, we will be using again. Whilst I was looking to see where I could leave a review I came across the food hygiene status which is 2! I’m so shocked at this as our meal was 100%. Maybe they’ve corrected all that was wrong since then.”

“Delicious Japanese tapas, look small but you finish completely satisfied. Flavours are amazing, we add the courgette flower and it was really tasty and creamy. The dessert was to die for, we also try the pear one (on the house what it was really nice detail) and we still prefer the pannacotta. I highly recommend the place and go for the tasting menu. Great value for the quality and presentation of the food”

“There are not many Xinjiang restaurants in London. I have passed by this restaurant many times and have not tried it. Today I finally have the opportunity. There were already a lot of people at 2pm on a Sunday, but the food was served quickly. My friend said that he couldn't taste the Xinjiang flavor, and the dishes were all spicy, but we all felt that the taste was good, and the price was affordable.”

“Great food and bubble tea. The Shan Shui dumplings were a delight, they have different coloured skins, for example the pink colour from beetroot juice. Tempting spin on eggs Benedict, which comes with roast duck. They carefully asked about allergies which was a good sign they cared. They were a little understaffed so weren't able to open the section with the view, other that the food and service was great, it will be my go to place at Terminal 2!”

“As a Chinese who grown up in China and have been living in the UK for many years, I wouldn’t say this place has very authentic Chinese food, but it doesn’t stop it being an excellent restaurant. The food was really nice and the staffs are very friendly. They have reinvented the Chinese dishes to fit the British taste, but it’s still nice and kept the inspiration of Chinese food.”

“Great experience. We went for the Taste of China tasting menu which was amazing, and the waiters are very attentive. Only real complaint is that it is ridiculously hard to book a table, and we had to book months in advance. We also had to rearrange several times due to govt restrictions which of course isn't the restaurant's fault but in that time the price of the menu increased by 46 GBP a head which is not small. That being said, once we arrived the experience was amazing from start to finish.”

Everything from the beautiful décor to the incredibly friendly staff and the delicious dishes made my birthday celebration very special. You have to try their Chicken satay, crispy lamb in lettuce and their famous crispy beef - it's all beyond amazing. I've been coming to Good Earth Mill Hill for over 30 years (since I was 5yrs old) and I intend to keep eating here for the next 30yrs - special thanks to my main man Kam the friendliest restaurant manager....in the world. 10/10 best Chinese restaurant in London for me.”
