“I visited the shop on Monday carrying my one month old granddaughter who, as soon as I got to the till, started crying to be fed. The lady assistant was very sympathetic and offered me the display table and chair to sit in to give the baby her bottle. I was astounded by this as the usual reaction to a crying baby in a shop is to get them out of the shop as quickly as possible. Not so in this case. I was able to feed the baby in a lovely cool place in peace. They even supplied me with some kitchen towel. This was exemplary customer service by the lady assistant and her colleague - and I had only spent £4 ! I will be back to spend more whenever I can. Thank you.”

I was worried about doing bright colours instead of the standard pastel but she put my mind at ease and I knew I was in good hands. “Never been or heard of Ripley curry Garden before but the reviews looked good so decided to try it. AND, we weren’t disappointed, the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening, and a steady stream of takeout collections; good sign of a good restaurant, the atmosphere was great, staff attentive, food amazing. Will definitely be going back and spreading the word about this gem of a curry house. Not overly expensive, on part with our usual place. Only down side, it wasn’t local for us.”

I couldn't fault them-got a check up appointment quickly, was seen (on the day) on time by a friendly, informative dentist and reception helpful when it came to booking another appointment for filling. “We had a great time with our 2 year old. Soft play inside great with varied areas suitable for littler ones and older (our little one liked to play in both). Great outdoor play including bouncy pillows, toddler climbing frame, older climbing frame (again loved both) and a sandpit. Then an animal barn to go and look at lots of different ones, the donkeys, pgymy goats and harvest mice were big hits, with option of petting zone at particular times. Great choice of hot/cold food and drink for kids and parents alike. Thoroughly recommend! They're hoping to add even larger seating area inside with softplay and a roleplaying village (we've been to roleplay centres before and toddler loved it) making it even more likely we'll come back on top of existing facilities.”

“I was extremely impressed at the staff at the Gorse Hill Hotel. We had a late drink at the bar and they were so accommodating and incredibly friendly. The bartender in particular was such a warm personality and we did catch him laughing at some parts of our conversation, he definitely contributed to how good our stay was! The hotel is split into different buildings and the outdoor area is beautiful and well-maintained. The room was good, nothing special but it had a comfy bed and was a clean room. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.”

“The most brilliant, caring and enthusiastic coaches I've seen. It's the only holiday camp that accepts 3 year olds, which for working parents without a support system, is life saving. Our eldest is the shyest kid, but the coaches are very sweet, patient and encourage him to participate, giving him a sticker at the end of the day for being a brave boy. It's our third time sending him to the multi sports camp and won't be the last. Kids learn not only sports but also skills, whilst having fun.”

Dr White couldn't have made me feel more at ease and what a great job she did! They charge EXTREMELY reasonably and do fantastic work. Highly recommend”

“I had dropped my purse this morning at the west byfleet petrol station, I accidentally dropped it and didn't realise it... then it was stolen off the fore court. The store manager ( sorry I really don't know his name!) this evening (5.30) did everything he could possible to help me and calm me down! He stood with me telling me what to do and waited whilst I called the police, rang the morning manager to ask and cheek, he looked at the cctv and saw everything and told me what to do and calmed me down. I have not got my purse back yet but I feel slightly better now after having him help me through this awful disgusting time. Thank you! I Wanted people to know that there are generally nice people out there! If anyone knows anything I would like my mulberry purse (21st birthday present) back with my amount of cash inside!
