"Maybe it's good, who knows. Tried to get an appointment. They ask me to email my details. Send my details through. A week goes by, no response. Attempt to call on monday, get hung up on, twice. Unable to get an appointment online, getting blanked by reception. I appreciate its busy but I could take a simple "too busy for new NHS appointments." Going to an alternative dentist now, appointment booked already. Not looking back."

"BEWARE, VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL DENTAL PRACTICE. Do not book with this dental practice, they are not interested in the health of their customers/patients. If you phone for an emergency appointment (even if you are registered with them) they will refuse and fob you off the phone! Mind you, their 'goal' is going home early, and not your health. My husband and I phoned to book a quick emergency appointment in the morning, then we phoned again to see if there was a cancellation, as advised by the practice, and kindly asked to be seen on the day for 10 minutes or less for a prescription of antibiotics. The request was bluntly refused. Further to this, I had to speak with one of the rudest and most arrogant receptionists I have ever come across. The dentist and the team at this practice are unscrupulous to say the least - they are not interested in helping at all. No principles or morals, all they want is your money. Shameful dental practice to avoid!"

"I was impressed with the "patient care" provided both to me (by the reception staff and hygienist) and to other patients. The receptionists were helpful and efficient when dealing with me and other patients. I also witnessed two younger staff members (in brown smocks) dealing sympathetically with a couple of more "vulnerable" patients (a slightly confused older lady and a young lad who appeared to be a bit nervous). I would therefore rate the service levels as excellent. Well done all round!"

"Signed up with dentist (for my son) for NHS service after usual dentist stopped NHS treatment for children. I couldn't fault them-got a check up appointment quickly, was seen (on the day) on time by a friendly, informative dentist and reception helpful when it came to booking another appointment for filling. Would recommend!"
