They knew what sizes we’d need just by looking at my daughter, although we were also able to try on a blazer (which was steam cleaned after). “Josh is literally a star. He’s so helpful I can’t even tell people how helpful he was. He literally saved the day, I was looking for a trouser that they didn’t have the size of it in their store so he had to ring two different stores in different areas then he ended up calling the branch in Croydon (from his own phone). He managed to find the size I was looking for (as I wanted to buy it on the same day) and then he also offered his own phone for me again to use it to make the online payment as the signal was poor on my phone. Such a great member of the staff.”

“I come into the store today after not coming in for about a year and was so happy with the amazing service I received from the 3 members of staff working. There was an amazing atmosphere in the shop and I was made to feel welcome by the staff as I was walking around the store. They asked me if I need assistance and was more then happy to help me select items that they felt I would like but also took the time to take it all to the fitting room and give me an opition. I felt they where honest in there opition and didn't just say yes to make a sale letting me trust what they where saying. The store has defenlty improved since my last visit and I will return in the near future. I ended up spending about £200 but love everything that I bought. Thank you ladies.”

Didn't even bother to get help as the queue was getting bigger, not impressed with the customer service. When I finally got to till the staff member was more interested in going on her break!
