“It has been a great experience getting our new kitchen from Richmond Kitchen (Kingston branch), from our first visit to the show room to finalise the design details, Matt has been very patient and professional with us throughout, specially we changed design multiple times. The product quality is very good and easy to fit. We are very happy with the services from Matt and Vahid, and the finalised product looks very good. Would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a high-quality kitchen.”

“Reasonably priced pre-built furniture. Friendly service and fast local delivery with them delivering a chest of drawers the following day for a minimal fee. The delivery guys were friendly, phoned when they could find the place and didn't give any problems with having to bring it up the stairs as there's no lift. Some of the finishing was a little rough on the drawers but I will still use them again.”

Then stomped off. In a strop. Then a manager came out helped me get the sofa out and in the car. So 0 stars for the old lady staff. And five for the helpful manager thanks to him...”

“Exceptionally friendly staff and a surprisingly wide range of foods given the medium size of the store. Absolutely fantastic array of cheeses and desserts as well as ready made meals and incredibly fresh fruit and vegetables. What really impressed me was the staff service. I know it's Barnes and I know it's M&S but wow!”

“This is part of TK maxx, good brand furniture you can get for less price, but they don't have enough, quite nice home products you can't from there for less price. HomeSense is very few shops in UK . Most of them with big TK MAXX.”

“Large store, opens 24 hours (I think), except Sunday. There’s a cafe upstairs, also a place to get photos printed and phot gifts made. I noticed there’s a small Subway now too. Right next to Marks and Spencer’s, they share the foyer area.”

“John Lewis at the moment is full of present for yourself and for your home. This branch of John Lewis is one of my favourite ones, however it’s also one of the busiest out of them all. For this reason, it would’ve been ideal for John Lewis to employ more staff because I often struggle to find somebody to find and ask questions especially in the technical and home department. The ladies at the Place To Eat are very polite and helpful. The beauty section in downstairs quite pushy with selling parfumes, but I approach myself the counter I need if I need to buy a Parfum. The toilets facilities for this store sometimes out of operation or just not clean enough. Could do with general cleaning. But the Waitrose in the LG often out of stock. I can never find ingredients I need, because it is more convenient to do all my shopping from one shop, rather than going to different ones.”

“I fell I'm love with this store when I lived in New York, so lucky to have one locally now! Full of beautiful things and I've had plates and clothes from here that have been used every day and lasted years! Always a treat to visit!”

Love their coffee bar inside the shopping store. a great shopping store in the middle of the central london and just one minute walk from the Oxford Circus station. We did some shopping and paid twice by mistake for one item. Called and explained them the whole situation over the fone and they were very helpful. The person I spoke, she said come whenever you want to and we will sort it out for you. I went their after good 3/4 days spoke to manager and sort everything out in 10 minutes. They were apologetic and gave a complementary coffee as good gesture. Well impressed by their service and they day the dealt whole thing.”

“Store quite big offering good range of fashion for all, as well as household/home items, seasonal goods, footwear. Free parking available in front of store. Self service booths on right hand side with device to detach security tags. Had to visit store after ordering online order, only to find one item had security tag which had not been removed, prior to delivering to me (photo included).”

“Hidden gem, great clothes for a fraction of the retail price. Picked up some Ted Baker clothes for under £10! Parking is free there for 90mins as well so a great place to visit. Both adult stores and kids stores.”
