"Planned to shop around and eat in the cafe, came in with both my kids. Cafe looked completely dead, no staff anywhere upstairs to be seen. Asked at the tills where the toilets were before we got our food and they're closed?? The woman was so unbothered by it as well she was pretty rude. Went next door instead and didn't go back. Open the toilets or lose a lot more customers, clearly why your cafe had no one to be seen in."
