“I came across Baabul while looking for a Shwarni for an Indian wedding. From entering the store it was obvious these are people who dealing with quality. Lets start by saying that the design and the quality of the product is amazing and the price was very fair for the fact that it was altered for me as well. They were not carrying my size and I had to be in India 3 weeks later, Dimpy immediately took my measurements, made a call to their store in Mumbai and arranged for a suit to be altered to my size AND to be delivered to me at the airport!! Honestly, this is hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I was given everyone's phone numbers and kept updated about the progress of the alterations. I felt calm and assured that everything will be done on time and to a high standard. The gentleman who delivered the suit to me was waiting at the airport was very kind and communicative in the days leading to my arrival.
