"I went for a last minute Eid outfit,, and the staff were very very nice and quick in helping me find an outfit in my size. They were very apologetic when the trouser wasn't the right size and went to their storeroom to find a bigger size. I asked her why there were so many negative reviews and she assured me it was the neighbouring shop owners trying to cut her business and sales. I can't believe it! When paying, the price was not overpriced at all! Would definitely recommend and will be going again!"

"Please everyone plan to buy your dresses ahead and order online all the brands are online now and they deliver your dress in one week, I went to buy my daughter’s suit they charged me £45 for 10 years old suit I got home checked online and it’s £18 and if you pay delivery it’s £25 max they ripping people’s pockets. Also I would agree with many comments here staff are very rude I said to one £45 is bit too much and she said then you should’ve order from Pakistan why are you here. Then I said ok give me Atleast some discount can you lose customer over £3 or £4 she said yeah we can, abs see they overcharged me by £25. Please please please buy online it’s that easy and you save a lot of money."

"The staff in this shop are rude and they scream and shout at thier customers. I returned a kameez with a reciept, today as it was torn and was accused of wearing it as the owner smelt it and shoved it to my face to smell it. The shop has changing rooms to try on the clothes and they cannot vet each customer and to watch who is wearing perfume or not. He changed the kameez but was VERY rude to me . I do not recommend this shop."

"FRAUD CON STORE WARNING This shop does not even deserve a 1 star if only there was a zero on here, the service by Hina & staff is awful, they happily make you buy then lie against no refunds with there hidden signs. The service is very poor, I had to force exchange £140 worth please do not waste your time buying here, never ever would I recommend anyone to come here. No chance can she call herself a business owner when she known zero about consumer rights."
