Everything was in order and well displayed and clean but the manager is way to tense on the staff and how the shop floor was being run as if it was a busy day and everything was out of place but it wasn't. Maybe he just needs to chill a bit. We went home with a pair of school shoes both me and my daughter were happy with and I know my daughters feet are in good hands.”

Love their coffee bar inside the shopping store. a great shopping store in the middle of the central london and just one minute walk from the Oxford Circus station. We did some shopping and paid twice by mistake for one item. Called and explained them the whole situation over the fone and they were very helpful. The person I spoke, she said come whenever you want to and we will sort it out for you. I went their after good 3/4 days spoke to manager and sort everything out in 10 minutes. They were apologetic and gave a complementary coffee as good gesture. Well impressed by their service and they day the dealt whole thing.”

“Lara and Gizem were absolutely brilliant on Sunday when my friend and I went for ear piercings. We thought our ear piercings had actually closed up in our ears however they hadn’t, and Lara managed to push through the earrings that we bought from the piercing section. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so incredibly helpful. Fantastic service, thank you ladies!”

But overall thestorehas a great variety just lacks bigger sizes in all items. Will have mainly sizes 10 and 12 on hangers. Rare to find a 14 or 16.”

“I cannot rave highly enough about Rixo! Their dresses are divine and their customer derived second to none. My first experience was buying the incredible Chrissy Mixed Print Midi Dress in 2018 and this year I treated myself to the Asta Mini Leopard. Both are divine! I ordered the Asta online in two sizes to see which one would fit, and I had a minor glitch with my order. Bee Jones, the delightful lady at the Rixo office, sorted out the issue right away, and was absolutely charming. I was so impressed by the wonderful service that I asked her how I could help the company as I really think, as a young British brand, that it deserves support, especially in this difficult climate. This feedback was not solicited, but provided entirely voluntarily and I wholeheartedly recommend Rixo; it’s my go-to dress brand. And, by the way, the ladies in the King’s Road boutique were absolutely amazing, too! I went there with my toddler and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much, Rixo!”
