“Popped into the shop this morning without knowing we needed an appointment. We were greeted with such a caring smile and after saying we would make an appointment and come back, were welcomed into the shop to have a look before the next appointment arrived. With an idea of what my daughter wanted for her uncle's wedding the lovely owner had two dresses picked out for her and showed her with no rush to the fitting room. Within 5 minutes she had a dress that she was over the moon with. Amazing service thank you so much, we have a happy daughter”

“A friend recommended this salon to me and Im so glad I listened to her as I have been over the moon with everything I have experienced. - The staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to see you and work there. It creates a lovely atmosphere as they all seem like a great team - nicely decorated and always clean - I book Emily for my cut&colour (short choppy bob/all over brunette) and she has been amazing every time. I was bored of my style and got into a bit of a rut but she chatted it through with me and suggested a few different things and gave great advice on how to tweak it and Im so happy with the result. The colour lasts really well and makes my hair look really glossy - I also use Sam for my daughters hair cuts and he is fab, very patient with a fidgety five year old and then always styles it beautifully after. - offers amazing drinks/biscuits while using the salon and you can also order food from The Brentwood Kitchen next door to eat while having your appt which is such a great idea”

I've gone to cheap places for years and shellac has always left my nails weak and ruined. “Beautiful store with alot of gorgeous items that you can't find anywhere else for kittens and cats as well as dogs. We bought a cable knit sweater in blue and it was very God quality. My kitten was very comfortable in it and never complained wearing it...moreover it was such a cute item. All the toys and other items are reasonably priced and mostly things u can't find anywhere else... Shipping was fast and beautifully packaged. We would definitely buy from here again! “Kathy and Sana of EXP Haus are amazing tattoo artists and very nice people. Their studio is decorated with style and is in a truly unique location (the view of the canal and its barges is very cool!). The background music is very chilled and relaxing. Their staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home right away. Time really flies with them and at the end you almost regret that you have to leave! I’m very happy with the tattoo I had done as it’s high quality and many are impressed by this piece of art. They really understood the personal meaning it had for me and expressed it very well with their talent.”

Henrik and his colleague (didn’t catch her name as she was serving another customer when I left!) were super helpful, real can do attitude as I tried on about 80% of their stock and just gave a real feel good vibe! The clothes are great, material feels good and they all fit really well. Great place to go if you are looking for garments for a smart occasion but doesn’t break the bank. Also like how their stuff can also fit something a bit more casual.”

Not only the team Is super professional and know their stuff, they are also kind, patient, pay attention to detail and most importantly, gentle! I stopped going to hair salons about 5 years ago after a really bad experience and started bleaching my own hair. Because I’m getting married soon I decided to go and get professional highlights.
