I ordered a jacket a few weeks ago which was dispatched by them very quickly but then got stuck in a Royal Mail centre and still seems to be there. I let Izabel London know and they instantly replied and sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't get better service than this. “I love All Saints. One of my favourite stores in the UK for my casual mens wear. Good quality and reasonably priced in my opinion for what you get. I love their range of jackets and merino wool range as well as their hoodies. Good service as well. They also have some good sales so worth waiting for these. The only thing I'm not to keen on is their hawai style range but only because I don't think it's for the UK weather. More for Miami.”

For one pair, they didn't have my size in stock, so she took the time to personally call another branch and get them ordered in for me.
