“This is a center I can't but rave about because they are doing so much for the community, low income earners, the vulnerable and those that need help one way or the other. This is a center with a food club, where you can come in to buy a week worth of food stuffs at £3.50. There is fresh meat as well. Are you struggling and you live around this environ. I would advise you go see them and the staffs are friendly & helpful. They also provide help by linking you up with with the organisation that would help you as regard your situation.”

“The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

“Had to book two rooms last minute due to finding our AirBnB room was absolutely disgusting, having travelled down for a family funeral. Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough”

“My sons have attend the nursery one is shy and the other very lively and not so shy! The nursery has been really good in teaching and using creativity. My son is always bring home drawings and creations and loves seeing them at home. He really loved a counting book that nursery made that he brought home. Really helped with his counting. Staff are friendly and responsive to parents questions.”

“My son is in Reception in this school and I am very pleased with the way the school is running. Staff is really good and always ready to help and one thing that I felt outstanding is the way they have managed during this pandemic - They have gone to all lengths to get this done - by arranging staggered arrivals/departures based on year groups, clear communication to students and parents, managing both online and in session classes for keyworkers' students, arranged oxfordowl account so that children need not bring school books from library, a change in the school uniform strategy (using their standard uniforms, PE uniforms and own clothes on alternate days) and the list just goes on. Staff provided honest reviews and feedback about kids and they always set the standards high.A big thank you to the entire team!”

“In my experience Happy Learners Childminder team has been exceptional. My child has been looked after the team for nearly 2 years. All the staff have been very polite, professional and always with a smile on their face. They genuinely care about the children and offer a very homely environment. Additionally, I have noticed the team leader is very skillful and does put in a lot of effort in creating various indoor and outdoor activities for the children. “Gina's pet petrol has been amazing. She's reliably looked after my elderly house cat who has lots of health problems and it is such a relief knowing he is in safe hands! Gina goes above and beyond, and is so good with cats... mine loves her, and I know she always makes a fuss of him. I always come home from trips away to an immaculate house, empty litter tray and very happy, well fed cat!”

“Fantastic place. Really gave me a lot of help when I was going through some severe depression and anxiety in my life. Main Councillor who I was seeing, Dee, was a total star and has been extremely beneficial to my life, and all other staff I interacted with were great as well. The waiting area has various leaflets and directions to other places of help, little kitchen to make tea or coffee so is very pleasant to sit in. Overall, this place really changed my life for the better so I would totally recommend it.”

I can honestly say they are the only pizza delivery/collection company that has always supplied great pizza. In fact, we have not ordered from any other company for almost a year now. They have a wonderful in store staff who greets me every-time I go collect my order.”
