I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. Maria spoke to my family all day and helped my dad to the van with all the shopping she also gifted me flowers, sweets for my kids and upgraded some of my items as a kind gesture! “Car parking is alright, although it was hard to find a spot this morning. I'd recomend going here still as they do tend to have a spot free every hour of the day. Like all aldi's they have all their own brand copies as well as official branded versions. Some of their copies are pretty good and worth a try This one has a self checkout now which it historically didn't so that speeds up shopping for me as most of the folk don't tend to use it. I have sene abandoned baskets in the self scan I'm guessing people have forgotten their wallets or haven't figured out how to scan? Either way i saw 3 of the 8 self scans blocked up in this way which is really selfish and annoying and I'd recommend that people avoid using the self scans if they don't know how to use them. Overall a good medium sized shopping store for essentials and more.”

“That shop is always open for customers, 24/7. Here you can find a really everything, food, drinks, food for dogs and cats, here is a butcher as well, full service all time. Meat is halal if someone need. Frozen stuff available, always veg and fruits big offer. You can get here as well pans, and lots of things to kitchen, glass for tea and plastic boxes, and anything you need. Off license til midnight. And really nice thing is customer service. Always smile and professional. Definitely I do recommend that place for shopping. Small and big one. Can you believe ferrero rocher lovers that they offer a chocolate classic, white, sometimes dark ? “I love an Aldi and have been missing its presence since the Marketplace branch closed last year - this is a great replacement! Spacious and clean with ample parking and newer more energy-efficient chillers. I visited in the second week of opening and the store was still some way off being fully stocked, but had plenty to offer despite this. An easier shopping experience than braving the huge car parks and queues at nearby Tesco or Asda, and far cleaner and quieter than the local Lidl branch.”

“It’s a huge supermarket, very specious with multiple floors. Especially for Bangladeshi people there are everything. Groceries fresh vegetables fresh fishes fresh meat chicken and frozen section for Bangladeshi fish. They recently added Bangladeshi traditional gift items which is top quality like Aarong. We found all staff are very helpful and polite. The overall price is reasonable compared to similar giants. They usually add some free gift and pay for parking at the checkout. Well only issue is parking. There are parking in front of the supermarket on weekdays only. Brewers car park is bit far although there is another car parking behind the Aklu Plaza which call Liberty car park is best for shopping here. Thanks”

The staff are very helpful and polite generally, and there is always someone on the shop floor to assist if needed. The store opens at 7am and closes at 11pm great hours for local people and passers by.”
