"Never open till even though q is very long Tesco sainsburys do this much better also African lady thinks I am stealing last time I was at self checkout paid was about walk out she oh I didn’t see you pay show me your receipt I didn’t even walkout the door where it sets of the alarm happened 2 times to me and other day I said hello to the other security lady she blanked that very rude of her"

"My father in his mid 70s went to Lidls. He had no idea how to use the self checkout and no staff were there to assist him. He couldn't find anyone staff near the checkouts.. so sadly he had to drop his groceries and leave the store.... I don't know if the store is poorly managed or if Lidls themselves are cutting the staff budget ...."
