“Had the lunchtime offer which effectively meant they were paying me to have a starter! Lot’s of alternatives available for the standard chips. I’m not sure why anywhere serves chips - and peas here - in a metal container. I’d much prefer they were just put on the plate. I enjoyed the food and service was quick and friendly.”

“Popped in here for a bite to eat before the cinema. The food was decent but a little overpriced I'd say. They have a pizza on the menu for over £20!! Needless to say I didn't order it (it may have been massive? ) I had carbonara as its not a fancy dish, just a reliable meal, and that's what I got. It was a busy Friday night and we were served in about 25 minutes, which was great considering the restaurant was nearly full. Both staff who served were excellent and a credit to Prezzo, I'm sorry I didn't get their names. Thanks to the team for having us fed in time for the cinema!”

“You don’t get a more authentic Italian experience than this, from the Italian banter to the incredible tasting food. I see some reviews say food has taken a while but everything is prepared fresh and from scratch, this isn’t pizza express where you’re in and out and they are always busy which is a testament to just how popular they are. For this type of food the price is very reasonable and the hosting is personal and fun. I’d recommend to anyone.”

“Following the food instinct after catching the rental car in LHR. A decent family-owned British Fish & Chips in Stanwell neighborhood is just like an oasis for us. Very generous size of OAP cod&chips and chicken hot wings served our palates well. NB: Cash only.”

“My partner been here bany times, was my first time. Lovely place to take youngsters. Ours are three years old and perfect for them. Cafe and hot snacks available. Clean tidy and safe with adequate facilities. Recommended”

“Parking is 50p for 1 hour. Kids splash park open over summer and is fairly clean and not too busy. Tennis courts are nice. Gym stuff available and a big kids playground and a little kids one - equipment is nicely kept. There are kayak rentals, and mini golf. Nice seating by the river and the cafe isn't a complete ripoff but it does have limited veggie options. Toilets I've luckily never been in since I was a kid but I imagine they're as good as you'll get in a public park in this area. Massive green spaces and a straight path in the middle where I learned to ride a bike and now 25+ years later am teaching my son to ride. This park is great.”

“Old school pub, great for locals and brilliant on a match night! They have sky and last time I went for a rugby match game it was packed. Staff are friendly and attentive also! Recommend!!”

“Had the chicken tikka dhum biryani with free side (chickpea curry) and some yoghurt. Very good dhum tastes and a mile away from those which come across just like pilau. In Staines the only comparable biryani is the one at the market on Wednesdays. New refurbishment is nice too with a stylish sky light and nicer menu board. Definitely pleasant to dine in.”

“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”

The food was delicious and well flavoured. The portions were generous and it was all very reasonably priced. Would recommend.”

“If you want a local pub experience this is it. Got stuck in London after missing a flight and checked this out. Amazing place with no tourists (like myself). Got a true experience of what locals do. Plus they weren’t serving food at the time I got there, but they suggested the Chinese across the road and allowed us to bring it in and drink while ate the food.”
