"An upgrade from their previous location, a good selection of their beers and other brewers, nice Riverside views, just a shame their customer service let's them down. When we arrived, it was empty, and it felt like it was a pain for them to serve us, no warm welcome, no smile, questions answered with one word answers. One of the staff didn't seem to know what they were serving too. The ginger long haired guy is the main issue, he never seems to be welcoming, maybe it's not the right place for you to be working?"
