“If you are from out of town and want that REAL British food this is the place. Mushy peas, Fish and Chips, and local selections of beer. This is a pub so just expect to do things the way you would at a pub. The staff was nice to us out of towners. Good location and decent price.”

“I had a lovely experience at Nando’s today. The server, Sam was delightful. They always had a smile on their face and came and checked up on us. We dined around 12 so was early on shift for most of the severs but whenever I looked they were always happy.”

“We enjoyed a lovely NYE lunch here, there was a slight mix up with our drinks order but this was rectified quickly and we were given a free glass of Prosecco for the trouble. “After a Christmas Shopping trip to Bromley, we decided to take the kids to Harvester for lunch. Our server was Lorna, and she was fantastic. Friendly and accommodating; always checking if we were okay and enjoy the food. The food was excellent with portion sizes perfect (huge). As a vegan, I was a bit apprehensive at first about what would be available. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection available and, blown away by the taste! We were also impressed with the kids menu and the variety available to them. Over all an outstanding experience! Thank you, crooked Billet Harvester and, thank you Lorna our wonderful server.”

“Amazing location, just opposite Bromley south station! Staff were very friendly, generous and caring! Food was phenomenal, portion sizes were very generous ! Very luxurious and atmospheric inside, feels like a very expensive restaurant but all the prices are very good and reasonable for what portions you get! Music was good, not too loud, so we could still talk amongst ourselves, We went on their opening day and for their first day it was a very good experience, I would for sure recommend this place to anyone! I’ll for sure be back again, not once, not twice but many times in the near future!”

“Amazing time for a birthday dinner, highly recommend! I came to Mittee with 25 friends for a celebratory birthday dinner and from planning to the actual evening, Prachandra and the team at Mittee were great! Prachandra helped me come up with a good set menu for the night, ensuring there would a be a wide range for people to choose from and was very pro-active in making sure I had all I needed and was ready for the evening. On the night itself, they were more than ready for us when we had arrived, having kept a separate section for us and even putting up some happy birthday banners, which was a really lovely touch. The food was phenomenal, with all my friends loving their dishes, and those with dietary requirements (nut allergies, vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant etc..) were really well catered for. I had a wonderful time, and the front of house were amazing - with a special shout out to Ash who looked over our party really well. The restaurant itself is beautiful and a lovely venue for any type of dinner, celebration or event. The whole evening went a lot better than I could have hoped for, and I cannot wait to go back soon! Thank you for making my birthday really special!”

“New owners, been here twice now, very impressed. They was just closing up when I arrived tonight (5/4/22) but they were happy to let me in. The chicken is f**king amazing. there are no other words! Chips equally as good, next time I'll have some fish. Staff really friendly. Great decor too and spotlessly clean. I've lived in the area for 40+ years and will be coming here much more. “Amazed by this find in the centre of Bromley. I always feel like it’s quite difficult to find a good fresh fish restaurant in London and surroundings: they all tend to deep fry everything and that’s annoying. The Blue Harbour offers a good selection of sea delicacy, big enough portions and a lovely service from the staff. We had a warm welcome as soon as we crossed the door and it didn’t stop until we left. The menu offers a good selection of fish as well as shellfish and seafood with an add on of steak for those who also can’t give up meat! Admirable selection of wines too. Overall it’s a bit pricy, however considering the quality of the food and it’s freshness I do think it’s fair. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and come back for the halibut!!”

“Edit August 2022 - five stars. I have visited the pub 6 times and have found the service and food pretty consistent, from the first day of opening to some of their most busiest times in the evenings and sunny days. They do roast dinners very well, the condiments are as good as the food and I suspect they are freshly made on site - horseradish had enough burn, mint sauce tastes fresh etc. There is a good selection of draught, as well as soft drinks. The luscombe brand is well worth trying as a non-alcoholic drink. Soda water is also available by the pint which is good to see. As a vegetarian option (can't remember if they are vegan), the allotment salad is tasty and available as main or small plate. I have had it twice and the leaves have always been fresh. If you don't like much dressing I'd recommend asking for it on the side, however it is the right amount for me. I did prefer the salad to the veggie haggis pie as I felt the flavours didn't blend as well with the rest of the filling. If you enjoy meat options, I would definitely recommend the chicken pie as a hearty option. A nice salad option would be the sticky beef salad, although I would recommend taking it as a smaller portion than the large main. The steak frites was delicious, very well cooked, a tasty steak and you definitely can taste is a higher quality cut. If it is a Sunday, definitely try out the roast dinners, you won't be disappointed. I have tried two of the desserts, a morello cherry sundae (with popping candy) and the dairy free Belgium waffle dessert. I think that both were equally good. The cocktails are great, I also enjoy the hot drinks too. If you are looking to visit in busier times, I would definitely recommend booking. The managers and staff are friendly and hardworking, this pub is definitely a welcome treat for the local area. I'd say, to get this review to 5 stars, it will just come with time as we know the hospitality industry in under pressure and novice staff are undergoing training, which can be more complex than it looks.”

“A warm welcome before been directed to our seats. The restaurant was buzzing and was full with groups and couples. We ordered the mixed Mezze for 2 that was on the blackboard hot and cold dishes. I went easy on the complimently bread with olives as I wanted to make sure I had room for what was coming. The cold mezze was well presented with alot of choice. We enjoyed the meal and took takeway boxes as it was too delicious to leave the leftovers. I recommend it the cost is £25.00 per head”
