“Went here for the first time on Wednesday and was back on Friday for my wife's birthday. It is in a different league to you standard Indian. The chef is brilliant, a true gentleman and produces outstanding food. I can't recommend it enough.”

“What a hidden treasure. We live around here but this is our first time visiting. I just had what might be the best quiche I've ever had. It just melts in your mouth and makes feel at home. “This is the highest quality restaurant in Holloway without a doubt. We held a group event here for over 20 people and it was all excellent, with lovely staff, great atmosphere and most of all very good quality meat and fish. We particularly like the seabass in addition to all the lovely steaks.”

“Went back to Di Paolo's for a 'date night' with my fiancé. We love this place, the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much to ask and the food is outstanding. I had fish soup for a starter (which was so fresh and full of flavour) and he had scallops with black pudding. For main, I had the liver and bacon (which was cooked to perfection and served with a wonderfully creamy mash) and he chose the lamb cutlets, which were equally delicious. Every time we leave we can't wait to go back!”

“I reached out to OKA to help me with a special request putting together a custom sushi "cake" for my partner's birthday. To say the least, I was not disappointed (see pictures!!). The staff were extremely attentive and I got to speak to the chef directly to discuss the ingredients and decorations of the cake. They even added extra details like gold leaf and floral decorations! The cake was delivered at a specified time to our doorstep with sushi condiments and a sparkler candle included. My partner and I are very impressed with the service and attention to detail. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped make this happen!”

“Honestly, this cafe has been my favorite for years(Before it was called tartine). The prices are very reasonable, great value for money I recommend the sandwiches. The service is always high quality and they have contact plugs so you can work/study whilst sipping a coffee or fresh squeezed smoothie.”
