There isn't a part of my aging and over a 190,000 miles beemer that they haven't worked on - from erratic automatic gear box or blown out turbo to break pads/disks and annual services. She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. I actually felt like she listened to what I needed and didn’t just do what I tell her. Made me feel heard, this woman. Vicky was just so nice and sweet, and cut my hair perfectly. “I know this is a long review, but they deserve it! 5***** Looking to get external insulation and render done before the winter. Getting quotes from builders, noticed they are trying to make money if they buy the materials by using the inflation excuse. So thought let me shop around. Came across EWI Store, website looking good but as I know nothing about building work, I still was not sure what I needed. Decided to call them up, I spoke to Calum Heaney. He was very polite and patient with me as I was asking plenty of questions being a newbie. Calum had explained the process and what I needed, he also explained the differences between the product as the variety options can be daunting. He got me a quote as soon as I got off the phone via email. Now speaking to my builder, I had to change the quantity according to his work and Calum was helpful in making the changes. Once the products arrived, everything was spot on. Out of 55 adhesive bags that I ordered, 2 had a slight split on the bag and some of the powder had come out probably from delivery and I got in touch with the Customer Support department and spoke to Sushmita Sharma. Again, very helpful and told me she will arrange for 2 replacement bags to be sent which I received a couple of days later. Process was very simple. I would like to thank both for their service as it has been flawless compared to other places I have been too when shopping around. The experience was worth it as I now know the process of external insulation and rendering a home. Another thing to point out is that I saved over £1000 on materials compared to what the builder quoted me.”

“Great service, first time buying from here, ordered a 2nd hand wedge, new bag and balls. The club which was detailed as being in fair condition for head,shaft and grip I thought was in immaculate condition for the age, hardly a mark on the club head and the grip and shaft were in really good condition. Delivery within 2 days although they do offer next day if ordered before 2pm which I had missed. Around Great quality service. Will definitely be back.”

“Nicola and her team came to my rescue at the last minute to conduct a full end of tenancy professional clean within a 3 hour window between completing on our new house and the movers arriving with our things. It was such a huge ask but she made it so simple - getting back to my query within minutes and enlisting extra teams to help turn the clean around in the little time we had. Unlike some beauty therapists I have been to in the past, Hannah had me complete some client notes and then asked me some questions about the look I wanted, was this for a special occasion, had I had the treatment done before, did I know what to expect etc. It was so nice to be asked these questions so that Hannah could tailor my treatment especially for me rather than just providing me with a standard set of lashes. Hannah was very friendly and professional, provided me with lots of aftercare tips to make my lashes last longer and I would highly recommend her.”

They’re really busy though which means you’ll need to plan ahead if you want to sample the divine cuisine. The staff are very friendly too. The shop itself is tiny so if it rains, you’ll be waiting outside. They messed our order up once and they quickly rectified the mistake with sincere apologies. Lovely family run business.”
