“I just had my 50 th birthday party in The bistro using the new party package which the venue, buffet and DJ was all included . I can honestly say the evening was everything and more than I hoped for . From start to finish everything went to plan , the buffet food was perfect , staff extremely helpful with suppliers decorating the venue and then helping to sort gifts and everything at the end of the evening . Such lovely girls working very hard all evening while my friends party d away . highly recommend the venue for a special occasion . We went to the rear dining room with views of the garden, and it was delightful the watching the birds, the squirrels and the fallow deer visiting the garden. Nice choice of traditional British favourites. I had beef and Guinness pudding which was tasty and also light, perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“Delicious Italian in luxurious decor with proper service. We came without booking and were seated downstairs in the basement which was beautifully decorated with candle lit settings. Food was superb, we had the daily special pasta with prawns (prawn favour fully infused the pasta), the Capricciosa pizza with mozzarella, ham, artichoke and olives (thin, chewy base grilled to perfection) salad (fresh) and tiramisu (one of the best I’ve had - not heavy or too sweet). Wonderful experience, highly recommend”
