“Popped in here for a drink today, Sunday lunchtime, and after a couple of drinks fancied some food. We had one the THE best tasting roasts I’ve had in a long time from their new BBQ food truck in the beer garden (The Dragon Flame). The options were beef & pork (we both had beef) and both come with veg, roasts potatoes, Yorkshire’s and enough delicious gravy to sink a ship. Well priced for the quality and the portion size. Amazing roast, we’ll be back!!”

The music is heavy, the drinks have always been reasonably priced and the regulars are always fun to hang out with. Never a dull moment in The Ship and never had a problem there before. 10/10 venue.
