After another dent repair company said the only solution was to respray the side of the car, I called Jack to get a second opinion. Lesson learned - I should have called him first! He arrived on time, said he could fix it, quoted me an entirely reasonable price, and did it there and then. I also asked him to remove a tiny crease in one of the doors which he also did at the same time. All in, I reckon he took an hour and both the problems have entirely disappeared. So glad I called and didn't take the word of the first company. I have no hesitation in recommending Jack.”
