“Had a problem with my right foot on long runs. Numbness after 20k, painful sole after I stopped and my big toe felt like it was bruised. After a quick run on City Runner's treadmill they showed me on the iPad I have two collapsing arches. They then got me to run again, this time wearing different shoes on each foot. It really helps guage which one is better like an eye test at an optiticans. By the third time of trying I'd found my perfect running shoes which were a half size bigger than my previous pair. Happy runner back in the road. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

“Absolutely brilliant job! Great communication! Leather pencil case zip broken for many years, so decided on a repair. The replacement runner & pull were carefully chosen by Zip Experts to match the badge on the front of the case (see before & after pix): I asked for the front pocket pull to be replaced to match, which they did. Not only was the zip repair great they polished the leather, which had dried out. The case is as good as new. Chuffed to bits. 100% recommend.”

“Let me tell a story. I was looking 10 years for Cole Haan Air Carson G series boots, which were discontinued a long time ago. Finally I managed to buy them second hand from USA, but they both were with damaged soles. The repair was done by Hoxton Shoe Repairs. These guys are magicians! I can’t say enough how happy I am with the final product- basically the boots are better than Cole Haan has produced them! “Update: Best shoes I ever bought, my third pair now and the only one shoes I wear for the last two years everywhere around the world and at home. Love it! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.”
