The lady on reception was friendly, and the doctor and nurse I had during my copper coil/IUD fitting were so professional and reassuring. Everything was explained to me as we went through, and the procedure was over so quickly it took me by surprise. I had nothing to worry about and was really impressed by the whole service.”

She was by my side the whole time, holding my hand, we spoke the common language we have to overcome the claustrophobia and strong panic attack I have and I got on my first attempt a few days before the second (successful) attempt. “I was pleasantly surprised to hear my GP Dr Siddiqui answer the telephone. I automatically assumed there were a crisis taking place in the GP. I was impressed when advised, a new trail where the GP man's the front desk and answer calls from patients wanting to book appointments. Conversation was short and sweet but swiftly addressee the issues and points I raised prior to my scheduled appointment this Friday.
