She wanted to connect her dashcam to that socket but could not do it because it was faulty . My car warranty company suggested another garage called Courtwood car services in Uxbridge where l live. I contacted the garage and they suggested taking my car in the following Saturday and they can look at it when they will be less busy. My daughter took the car in to the garage and was told to have a coffee in the Chimes shopping precinct while they checked the faulty cigarette socket. Within a short time she was contacted and the faulty lighter socket was fixed. As we suspected it was just a blown fuse as no other parts of the car was affected electrically. We were charged a norminal amount for the work done. We were impressed with the friendliness and professional ism of the person who dealt with us even though we were not regular customers. This garage will have our business in future and the potential for more business as we have 3 cars in our family . For my most recent family holiday (4 adults +3 children +luggage 7 pcs) we had booked a large merc Vito. It was comfortable clean and our driver was very helpful and accommodating. The car arrived on time and got to the airport on time and stress free. Booking a few days in advance and having the WhatsApp confirmation and communication makes HEC very reassuring. Our return was booked at the same time and when we arrived at the airport the immigration queues were horrendous over 1hr waits. I simply replied via their WhatsApp message confirmation to inform HEC and within minutes the driver called to reassure me that he is around the corner and will wait for my call before entering the airport parking. “I had a Bi-Lobectomy at Harefield hospital July 2nd 2020. Although a terrifying time i was made to feel very relaxed by all the incredible attentive and caring staff. Everthing was done very professionally and in good order. After the operation I was in Cedar 2 ward. The only downside was the occasional beeping of some of the monitors but other than that a peaceful and relaxing ward with lovely views of trees and the grounds. All the Nurses in the ward were very Friendly and nothing was a problem. The ward, shower and toilet areas were all immaculately clean. Even iss who did the catering/cleaning had wonderful staff who cheerfully cleaned and took orders for meals and drinks and delivered them. The food all in all was excellent! If you are having an operation at Harefield don't worry you are in VERY good hands.”
