The in-house pool is a great facility and makes for a calming, focused atmosphere. Already booked in for Part A of the PADI Open Water course and very much looking forward to it.”

“The ancient landscape and special spiritual places of the Larapinta Trail were mesmerising. The 6 day itinerary covered all the highlights and having three camps allowed maximum walking time. Nice to have the alternate long and short days and I learned a lot from the Standley Chasm cultural talk. The guides had said ‘take your time’, ‘be in the moment’ and that’s how I like to walk. They were so patient with me hanging at the back of the group taking photos and soaking it all in! Thanks so much for your care and professionalism Ruth, Claire and Peter. “Most reviews talk about how great their trip was. And yes, my trip was great, but the true test of a booking company is how they plan ahead, solve problems and respond. Travel Butlers absolutely had my back, doing the research, answering endless questions & solving problems BEFORE they occurred. I have traveled over 40 countries now and most of the time I make all my own arrangements. But African countries can be particularly challenging and then throw in the varying and ever changing Covid requirements, yellow fever, etc. and it can be a nightmare. Prior to the African safari trip with Travel Butlers, I had another Safari planned with a different booking agent in Uganda. It was Tracy at Travel Butler's that alerted me to the yellow fever vaccine required that I did not have, not the other booking company! It was Tracy at Travel Butler's not the other booking agent that helped me maneuver through all those requirements. Travel Butlers solved several other problems for me that were not their doing. They were simply awesome. I met with a couple whose trip was a disaster and they blamed it completely on the booking agent that they hired. I believe that Travel Butlers is very competitive in their pricing but for your sake as well as the trip - look beyond the pricing. You want to have great memories, not a nightmare like the other booking company almost provided.”

“Scotland 4 days tour. We booked the tour from India, but did not have any idea about quality. But we found it amazing. The whole tour was very meticulously planned, punctuality was maintained, hotel accommodation as well as food was very good. The tour incharge was very well informed, caring, very nice person and respectable. Fellow tourists, though most of them were locals, were also very nice and cooperative. “The staff could not be more helpful. A very small shop. I asked if they had a specific boot in stock. I was told, that we do but not in your size. I suggest that you see the one that is the wrong size, & if it is the the type of boot that you want, order it in 2 sizes, bring back the one that does not fit, or both of them if neither fit. I have spent hundreds of pounds this way. Checking out items at home is so much better.”
